  I needed help dealing with my depression as it was heavily impacting my work and personal life, I was recommended to see Rob to see if he could help me. I had been through previous therapy before and it had not helped, only a few session in with Rob I felt the tides were turning and I was starting to recognize deliberate patterns of thinking that were having a big impact on my state of mind. I was able to identify and work on these issues, eventually managing to turn them round almost subconsciously in my day to day life now. Rob is a great listener and is very methodical, along with a great personality and complete honesty, this helps get to the core of the issue and you really feel a great sense of achievement after each session. I cannot thank him enough, I rarely use the phrase life-changing but my experience definitely was.
