  Fraser have done my sons photos twice now and the photos have been rubbish and overpriced. His glasses were wonky with the frame covering his eye (couldn't someone have straightened them for him?) I messaged to see if he could have it retaken as it was his first school picture, I was told no
  Now in year one the photo looks so rushed and and all you can see is the reflection off his glasses the lighting is bad. These photos look so old fashioned they need modernising
